How we work.
The file comes first
The fact summary comes before the draft. Contradictions are identified and facts are supported by page references.
Read primary sources
A citation enters the document only after its source and the statement it supports have been checked.
Complete packages
Every delivery contains one consistent version. Every revision includes a change list.
Defined checks
Technical checks cover citations, format, metadata and typography. Every page is also rendered and checked visually.
