From your dictation to a complete package.
The case file and your instruction come first. AI agents connect file analysis, drafting and verification through a defined process that we manage. Every delivery builds on the same fact summary. You set the direction, review the result and decide.
Clarify the instruction
You send the case file by email.
Add a dictated note or a short email with your instruction. We clarify outstanding points through a numbered list of questions. We do not replace unresolved facts with assumptions.
We transcribe spoken dictations on our own computer and replace the names before any AI provider receives them.
- You
Send the case file and specify the document, objective and scope.
A dictated note is enough to give the instruction.
- We
Replace names with placeholders, review the material and ask focused questions.
Open questions are identified before drafting.
Establish the facts
Before drafting, we consolidate the material into one fact summary. Every fact is cited to its file page (Blattzahl). Contradictions and gaps are listed separately. The summary accompanies every delivery.
- You
Supply missing information and decide how to address conflicting material.
Your instructions become part of the working basis.
- We
Organise facts and evidence so that each can be traced back to the file.
One shared basis for every document.
Draft in your format
The draft follows your letterhead and the structure the court expects. Exhibits are numbered your way and referenced in the text. Every cited decision is opened at the primary source and its wording is read. What cannot be verified is not cited.
- You
Specify the format, recipient and direction of the content.
Existing templates determine the form.
- We
Prepare the brief, memo or letter with the corresponding exhibit references.
Each citation supports the relevant statement.
Verify citations and the document
Defined checks for citations, format, metadata and typography run before delivery. Unconfirmed citations are removed. Every page is also rendered as a finished document and checked visually.
- You
Receive the documents for professional review after these checks are complete.
Legal review remains your responsibility.
- We
Check sources, file properties, typography and every individual page.
Technical checks and visual review work together.
Deliver the complete package
You receive Word files only, in one folder per delivery. An accompanying email explains the current version and the reasons for changes. Only points requiring your decision remain highlighted. You create the PDF yourself after review.
- You
Review and edit the files in Word.
Approval, PDF creation and signature remain with you.
- We
Deliver the documents, fact summary and associated exhibits as one consistent version.
No scattered pieces of text.
Incorporate your changes
You mark up the draft or dictate your changes. We then deliver a complete package that replaces the previous version. A list separates changed and unchanged components. The current version is clear.

Prepare for your decision
Where useful for the instruction, we add an internal memo for you. It sets out risks, options and considerations for the next steps, as a basis for your decision.
- You
Assess the options and determine the next steps.
Conduct of the matter and responsibility remain with you.
- We
Prepare the considerations with reference to the file and primary sources.
The memo is addressed only to the firm.
